Paris Hilton Goes Virtual with New Reality Show: Parisland

Paris Hilton is launching a new reality show, Parisland, in The Sandbox metaverse. Beginning just in time for Valentine’s Day, players looking for love can enter Parisland and meet five other players virtually. Activities in Parisland include quests, shopping, flirting with other contestants, and eventually choosing a partner. Finally, once players have completed quests and found love, they’ll have a virtual wedding party DJ’d by Paris herself.

Hilton is launching her dating reality show in conjunction with her company, 11:11 Media, founded in 2021. Cynthia Miller, 11:11 Media Web3 and metaverse strategist, said in a statement that the reality show will allow players to connect with each other and “help people find love.” Further, Sebastien Borget, COO and Co-founder of The Sandbox, described the experience as a “dazzling escape” in which players can forge genuine connections. The reality show hosted by Paris will run for a month and participants can win NFTs, SAND prizes, and memorabilia.
